Fresh salad, yum.
With summer in full swing (supposedly, from what I hear it’s been cold and rainy for most of the summer in the Northeast), it’s the perfect time of the season for salads. While reading that half of Hudson Co., NJ and Brooklyn, NY are in jail, I came across this great article with 101 interesting salad recipes. 96 of them seem to be only things you could make if you are in a large city like New York with ample access to farmers markets; nevertheless, these salads look tasty.
In other news, after spending time in Spain once again, I have decided to go on a quest to create the best sangria ever. I know there is a very high likelihood that this endeavor will fail, but if I manage to surprise even myself, I will post the recipe here.
